Due diligence pack

What this is

The due diligence pack is an auto-generated summary of your firm's AI compliance framework — covering your classification tiers, sign-off tracks, technical controls (encryption, data residency), training completion, dip-sampling history, and sign-off summary. It's designed for clients who ask how your firm governs its use of AI.

When you'd use it

Download a fresh pack when a client requests due diligence documentation. It's also handy as a quick internal reference when onboarding a new partner or preparing for a RICS audit.

Walkthrough

  1. Click Due Diligence in the sidebar under Governance.

Due diligence pack

  1. The page shows the pack contents in a series of cards:

    • Policy Framework — your classification tiers and sign-off track requirements.
    • Technical Controls — encryption method, data residency, observation capture, and classification method.
    • Training Completion — your team's policy acknowledgement rate.
    • Dip Sampling History — pass rates by quarter.
    • Sign-off Summary — totals for approved, rejected, and pending items.
    • Audit Summary — high-level observation and sign-off counts.
  2. Click Download Pack to save the pack as a file you can share with clients.

  3. Click Regenerate to refresh the pack with the latest data.

Things to know

  • The pack is deliberately high-level — it summarises your framework rather than exposing individual observations.
  • Regenerate before sending to a client, so the figures are current.
