Governance¶
The Governance section of the sidebar contains the tools your firm needs to demonstrate ongoing AI compliance. Each page below describes one screen and the routine we'd recommend you build around it.
Taxonomy
Your firm's signed register of approved AI use cases. Define, edit, and sign the use-case entries that the compliance pipeline classifies against.
Risk register
Review and sign the auto-drafted quarterly risk register. Satisfies the RICS requirement for ongoing risk assessment.
Dip sampling
Random quality-assurance checks on routine (Track 2) AI use, generated each quarter and reviewed by a supervisor.
Audit reports
Compile your compliance metrics into quarterly or annual reports. Export to CSV for external reporting.
Training records
Track whether your team has acknowledged your firm's AI policy. Send reminders, record manual acknowledgements.
Due diligence pack
An auto-generated summary of your firm's AI compliance framework for clients who ask how you govern AI use.
Compliance archive
Observations older than 90 days are archived to long-term storage. Search the archive here when needed.
Tip
Most of these pages only surface items when your firm's automatic compliance pipeline is active. If a page appears empty, speak to your Chronity contact to confirm the pipeline is enabled.
